Plants at Taylor’s Mistake Beach

I don’t know what kind of plants these are (please leave a comment if you know), but I love taking photos of them as they are such an interesting photographic subject.

    they look like cabbages or lettuces to me but they certainly don’t look anything like the ones our local greengrocers supply so could well be something quite different.

    It looks like Sempervivum arachnoideum. Sedum looks also like your plant. I am sure it is in the family Crassulaceae. You can goggle these funny names and find one exactly like the plant in the picture.

    JNS, I think you cracked it, definitely looks like Sedum and it’s a succulent.
