Red Chair in the Avon

This part of the Avon River is right in front of the Christchurch hospital and you often seen patients sitting out getting some sun - so I’m wondering if this is a hospital chair?

p.s. later when I got home, I wondered why I’d not tried to pull the chair out of the water (as the Avon is very shallow). It occurred to me that when I am in ‘photo mode’ I’m very much on auto pilot and very focused on the shot!
