AMI Stadium with Mountain Backdrop
September 22, 2010
This morning it is blue sky and sunshine with a strong and very cold wind – so the mountains have had a dusting of fresh snow. I didn’t realise how well the picture had captured AMI Stadium (I am probably 5 or 6km away from it)! To the left of the Stadium you can see the brick clock tower of the science alive building, and behind that I think is the university which would be another 6km away from the clock tower. The mountains are about 100km away (but don’t quote me on that!).

Great photos, love the depth compression. What lens was used here?
Hi Matt, I used a 300mm Sony lens for this.
