Cupcake Goodness
I made cupcakes tonight for a party I am having tomorrow. I don’t usually make cupcakes, but have been meaning to have a go at them for a while (I’ve owned the stand for over a year!). They are orange and lemon flavoured with butter icing. But some have cream cheese icing on them instead (which I’ve died Yellow). We’ve taste tested a couple before I iced them and they passed!

Looks like a cupcake “tree.” I’d like to be the taste-tester. Looks like they’ll all pass my inspection.
My partner got to lick the spoon with the batter – as I was making them, and ate a few of them too. So much nicer than store bought ones I think – very moist and tasty!

Thanks Ted, they were delicious, especially the cream cheese icing ones. I highly recommend using cream cheese for cup cakes!
