Lambs In Heathcote

Spring is not far off now as we have lambs playing in the fields in Heathcote.

    Love those spring lambs! :)

    By the way, if you ever find a chance to have a bit of fun with some folks not familiar with raising sheep and they happen to ask why some fences are taller (deer fencing) than others, just tell them it’s for the spring lambs.

    It may take them awhile but once they figure it out (if they figure it out)… Aye! the humour! :)

      Thanks for that Robert! I now have a vision of a tiny spring lamb leaping over a deer fence! Not sure where they get their energy from. Must be from being so small and lightweight!
