Shand’s Emporium, Hereford Street
Built in 1860 and still standing – this is Shand’s Emporium on Hereford Street. According to the Cera website it has a ‘make safe’ listing – which I assume means it’s going to be saved. I certainly hope so. It looks so forlorn sitting there – buildings to it’s left and right have both come down. What a survivor huh!
