Daffodil Woodland
September 1, 2012
The Daffodil Woodland in Hagley Park is a very special place – thousands of daffodils bloom amongst the trees and the long grass. Families come ever year and plonk their toddlers beside the daffodils for the compulsory photo. – I even heard one mum bribing her wee tots with the promise of an ice block if they stayed still while she took their photos! Hope it worked for her

Beautiful series Michelle, great work!
That’s a lot of daffodils James A McPherson had planted! You’re fortunate to have such a place as this close by, as it’s probably the only one of its kind on the planet!
I love the spring scenery you captured along the Avon too — beautiful and very tranquil.
Again, it appears you were ‘in the zone’
