185 Empty Chairs Tribute has moved

The 185 Empty Chairs memorial has been moved to just opposite the IRD building (near the CTV site). The Love, Hope, Faith images are on the fence behind it – they’ve been there a while and they are a fitting backdrop to the tribute.
