Buskers in the Re-Start Mall

The buskers are back in town for the 20th annual World Busker’s Festival. Every year I try to see as many acts as I can, but it’s getting harder to keep up, with so many wonderful performers. Today, I ventured down to the Re-Start Mall and caught Nigel Blackstorm, Mr Fish and The Eastern. I so enjoyed The Eastern’s music I went home with a double CD of theirs.

Ah, Mr Fish and The Eastern — I see that bluegrass music has made some inroads into NZ! Love this genre myself
