Not your average public bathroom! This is the entrance to the Women’s Changing Rooms at the Terrace Down’s Resort. It’s simply gorgeous and one of the best I’ve seen!

This is upstairs at the cafe. Downstairs they have very cool swivel chairs. The cafe is on the corner of Manchester and Hereford right in the heart of the CBD of Christchurch. Food’s good too!
Lodge Terrace Downs Resort

This is the lodge at the Terrace Downs Resort. Can you tell from the tussock that it was windy? It’s often quite windy there and more blustery than gentle! Can you believe they build a world class golf course there? You’d have to be good to play in the wind I experienced. Despite the wind, it is a beautiful place, and if you are lucky enough to stay there as I was you’ll get to experience a little bit of luxury. It was particularly relaxing watching the sun go down over the mountains while drinking a nice New Zealand white wine.
