Monarch Butterflies in Woodham Park

May 24, 2017

As they do every year, the Monarch Butterflies are now living in large clusters in our local parks. My photo from today is from Woodham Park on Woodham road – where the butterflies cluster in the large Gingko biloba (Maidenhair Tree) that’s not far from the playground.

Here’s a short video I captured as well.

  1. Robert says:

That’s one of your best captures yet of these Monarch butterflies! …and those yellow Maidenhair tree leaves look just like the ones you photographed on the ground at Rolleston Avenue this past week too.

  2. That’s quite a cluster of them!
