The Canterbury Sale Yards
Friday, December 28th, 2007A derelict building façade that was once the Canterbury Sale Yards. Now what is left of it is frequented by taggers, with graffiti all over the remaining walls. For some reason I’m drawn to taking photos of ‘urban decay’! But this has enough blue sky and light to make it kind of wistful almost.
The Strip
Monday, December 24th, 2007Oxford Terrace is known as “The Strip”. It’s near the Avon river and right in the centre of Christchurch. It’s a great place to have lunch or dinner, or just chill out with a cold drink.
